Healthcare Cultural Competency Train the Trainer Program for Horizon Affiliated NJ Hospitals Funded by the Horizon Foundation for New Jersey
“The healthcare cultural competency training was excellent. Our goal was to train the trainers for our hospital. We received excellent personal attention in a small group setting. The takeaway was a wealth of information plus tools we could reproduce, such as binders and computer discs. This training has made it easier for me to help plan exercises for staff in order to raise awareness about culturally sensitive care for our patients and their families.”

Diversity Training for Higher Education Faculty, Staff and Administration
“We have been working with the staff from the American Conference on Diversity ShopRite Center for Workplace Diversity since 2003 and our experience has always been very good. The facilitators leading the training have been well received by our staff. The facilitators tailor their content to help our staff at all levels – faculty, administrative staff, maintenance and housekeeping – to grasp the topics of diversity and cultural differences that are important to our academic community.”
